When using this website or working with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when filling in forms or during consultations.
- Not use this website to transmit harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Not attempt to disrupt, access without permission, or reverse engineer any part of our systems.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, and structure — belongs to Lestari AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Deliverables produced as part of a paid service engagement become yours upon full payment. Lestari AI retains the right to use general methodologies, patterns, and know-how developed during the work for other clients.
Third-party tools or platforms used in our services remain subject to their own licensing terms. We will make you aware of any relevant licences as part of the project handover.
6
Payment Terms
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and handover.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of proposal.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to complete the agreed work, any unused portion may be returned at our discretion.
- Late payments may delay project timelines. We reserve the right to pause work if invoices remain unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date.
7
Service-Specific Terms
For all our services:
- The scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
- Changes to scope requested during a project may affect timeline and price, and will be discussed openly.
- Timelines shown (e.g., 1–2 weeks) are indicative and depend on timely access to required information from you.
- A handover session is included in each service to make sure you feel comfortable with the output.
- Any information you share during a project is treated as confidential and is not shared outside the engagement.
8
Disclaimers
Our services are provided in good faith and to the best of our ability. However:
- We do not promise specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance benchmarks from using our services.
- AI tools used in our services rely on third-party platforms that may change, limit, or discontinue features over time.
- This website is provided "as is". We make no representations about its uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
- Information on this site is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice.
9
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lestari AI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational damage — arising from the use of our services or this website.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lestari AI, its consultants, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or any inaccurate information you provide during an engagement.
11
Termination
Either party may end a service engagement by giving reasonable written notice. "Reasonable" will depend on the project stage, but generally means at least 7 days.
We may terminate an engagement without notice if you breach these terms in a serious way — for example, by failing to pay or by providing false information.
On termination, any completed work up to that point remains subject to payment. Sections 5, 9, 10, 12, and 13 of these terms survive termination.
12
Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
Before taking formal action, we encourage you to contact us directly. Most concerns can be resolved with an open conversation. Please write to [email protected] to raise any concerns first.
Where parties agree, mediation through an appropriate Malaysian dispute resolution body may be pursued before litigation.
13
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any signed proposal, represent the complete agreement between us on the matters they cover.
- Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Waiver: If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it in future.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. For ongoing clients, we will let you know of any significant changes by email.
Continuing to use our website or services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
